This is a new position in the iMFLUX Manufacturing Organization and one that will be critical to the growth of our business. The goal of IMFLUX Manufacturing and Process Engineering (IEC) is to be recognized as a world class, premier fabrication and qualification facility whose reputation is that of a mold/tool builder who delivers superior designs, superior delivery, superior quality and flawless executions throughout the complete process. This role will be integral in our continues quest to deliver this vision. This role will report directly to the V.P. of Manufacturing with high visibility to other senior leaders in the company.
The Environment Health & Safety Leader (EHS) is responsible for leading the site’s EHS systems for the plant. In this role, the EHS Leader will report to the Plant Engineer and/or the Plant Manager and will ensure integration of the EHS systems with the other requirements of the site. The EHS Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining the capability in each of the EHS technologies (i.e. Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH&S) , Environmental, Technical Safety, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection, and Key Ingredients) The EHS Leader is also responsible to ensure the effectiveness of key EHS programs, including Leadership & Commitment, On-Site Contractor Visitor Safety (OSCV), Training & Procedures, Behavior & Culture, and Prevention & Improvement (Change Management, Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, etc). The EHS Leader must ensure that the site is clear on all of its compliance obligations and ensure that the site is in compliance with all applicable EHS laws. The EHS Leader must provide leadership to ensure that the iMFLUX EHS policies and standards are implemented.
Under the direction of the Advanced Manufacturing Manager, with minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer will manage projects and process components through iMFLUX’s manufacturing environment
The iMFLUX Mold Maker will assist the mold fabrication effort for the assigned molds using a variety of manual tools, CAD data, safe practices and will work within the manufacturing department to deliver the completed injection molds while meeting all requirements to ensure internal department and external company commitments are maintained.
The iMFLUX CAM Programmer/Machinist will lead the manufacturing programming/part prove out effort for mold components using a variety of CAM software packages while working directly with CAD models to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments while ensuring a safe work environment.
The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.
The Associate Process Controls Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog controls solutions for injection molding machines. This role will lead multiple projects from integration and construction engineering to installation and start up and commissioning of controls systems on multiple machine platforms at multiple locations.
The role will provide continued on site ongoing support for systems installed and act as a trainer to new customers in both the controls systems and operational methods.
The Plastics Processing Engineer is responsible for operating and improving a breakthrough new polymer injection Molding Technology. This role will lead startup support of this technology in multiple locations; and support ongoing development and improvement of key process parameters.
The Innovation and Education Center (IEC) Set-up Technician’s primary role is to provide support in setting of molds and preparing of materials for production/qualifications trials in the IEC. Must have a solid understanding of auxiliary equipment associated with the injection molding process. This role is responsible for ensuring that the molds/ material/ and auxiliary equipment are in place and functioning to allow successful qualification and trials of IMFLUX and customers molds.
The iMFLUX Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC and/or manual machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.
To perform the Quality Engineering functions necessary to support the Company’s objectives in providing its’ customers with high-quality products.
