The Plastics Processing Engineer’s primary role is to support the Press Room Pilot Plant with responsibilities for qualifying new molds built by iMFLUX and ongoing press room support. This role will lead startup support of conventional and iMFLUX processes on molds built by iMFLUX; and support ongoing development and improvements to support processing work done on site. Effort will surround, prework for new molds to be qualified, preparing for show-me’s on site, troubleshooting press problems in the Pilot Plant, as well as building capability across the broader processing community.
The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.

The Plastics Processing Engineer is responsible for operating and improving a breakthrough new polymer injection Molding Technology. This role will lead startup support of this technology in multiple locations; and support ongoing development and improvement of key process parameters.

iMFLUX is seeking a highly talented, technical resource needed for the support of the iMFLUX business, combining both a breadth and depth of systems capabilities across end user and manufacturing operations support. This requires the candidate to have a unique mix of server, network, development and application support knowledge, as well as excellent technical problem solving skills. The ideal candidate would be versed in the following technologies: Windows Server administration, VMWare administration, and with some knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft SCCM, and Microsoft SharePoint.
The Injection Mold Design Engineer is responsible to develop mold design concepts, and complete fabrication ready 3D design files. Molds are intended for very high productivity application, typically multiple cavity hot runner designs. Designers will incorporate state-of-the-art mold making technology, metallurgy, and innovative new mold design strategies. The role will involve understanding key design requirements, leading the development of mold design layouts and concepts, and fully engineering the complete mold design.
The iMFLUX EDM Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.
