Mechanical Designer

At iMFLUX, the Mechanical Designer will be the technical lead for the business critical integration of iMFLUX’s MPT sensors into the customer’s press. This person will collaborate with iMFLUX Program Managers, the iMFLUX controls team, as well as the customer to provide a design to meet the needs of the integration. 

 

The Mechanical Designer will also assist the iMFLUX Manufacturing Design Team with mold designs, fixture designs, prints, and R&D concepts as needed.



CNC Machinist

The iMFLUX CNC Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC and/or manual machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems & written instructions to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.



EDM Machinist

The iMFLUX EDM Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.



Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant position requires an individual who can operate independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the HR and Manufacturing Leaders, their direct reports, and teams. Responsibilities include coordination of and participation in external customer and partner interactions, internal project management, and driving efficiency and standardization across the organization. Account Manager

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to grow revenue by selling iMFLUX processing solutions within the plastics industry, meeting iMFLUX’s strategy through a technical sales approach.  Working closely with the Vice President of sales, and through rigorous account planning and management, you will help drive sales through a consultative sales approach, building relationships across the client’s organization, and achieving the highest levels of satisfaction.  Although you will receive broad direction on goals, revenue targets, as well as working within our Where To Play (WTP), you will be expected to make independent decisions with limited input from leaders.  Support and training will be provided as needed, however the successful candidate will have a technical aptitude and be capable of working independent in most cases, prospecting for new opportunities, and driving those opportunities to a successful sale.



Controls Application Engineer

At iMFLUX, Controls Application Engineers are at the heart of our process.  We integrate a state-of-the-art control system into an Injection Molding Machine, allowing our customers to unleash the power of our processing technology. 

 

Our Controls Application Engineers work with our customers and OEMs to deliver the iMFLUX product, including installation, operation and troubleshooting.  We evaluate IMM machines, develop integration plans and provide all of the necessary services to enable our partners to integrate iMFLUX, get it running seamlessly, and troubleshoot any issues that occur.  Sometimes that involves physically travelling to a customer site to perform the work-  but we are driving to accomplish this more often through coaching, remote tools, superior product, practices, procedures, and customer service.  



Software & Controls Development Engineer

The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.
