Corporate Quality Engineering Manager

This is a leadership position at iMFLUX that will own, implement and drive a total quality management system for the enterprise. The successful individual will manage a team of Quality Engineers across global operations, mold manufacturing, software development and metrology. He/she owns the execution of Quality Engineering operational goals and plans as set forth by the leadership team. He/she provides guidance and expertise across the organization in the implementation of corrective actions for internally produced products/processes as well as externally source materials and services. The manager will create a team driven environment to help us achieve the growth objectives of our company. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations, this position is a key member of the iMFLUX team and supports all global businesses.  



EDM Machinist

The iMFLUX EDM Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.



Account Manager

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to grow revenue by selling iMFLUX processing solutions within the plastics industry, meeting iMFLUX’s strategy through a technical sales approach.  Working closely with the Vice President of sales, and through rigorous account planning and management, you will help drive sales through a consultative sales approach, building relationships across the client’s organization, and achieving the highest levels of satisfaction.  Although you will receive broad direction on goals, revenue targets, as well as working within our Where To Play (WTP), you will be expected to make independent decisions with limited input from leaders.  Support and training will be provided as needed, however the successful candidate will have a technical aptitude and be capable of working independent in most cases, prospecting for new opportunities, and driving those opportunities to a successful sale.



Software & Controls Development Engineer

The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.



Associate Process Controls Engineer

The Associate Process Controls Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog controls solutions for injection molding machines.  This role will lead multiple projects from integration and construction engineering to installation and start up and commissioning of controls systems on multiple machine platforms at multiple locations.

The role will provide continued on site ongoing support for systems installed and act as a trainer to new customers in both the controls systems and operational methods.



Plastics Process Engineer

The Plastics Processing Engineer is responsible for operating and improving a breakthrough new polymer injection Molding Technology. This role will lead startup support of this technology in multiple locations; and support ongoing development and improvement of key process parameters.



Mold Set-Up Technician

The Innovation and Education Center (IEC) Set-up Technician’s primary role is to provide support in setting of molds and preparing of materials for production/qualifications trials in the IEC. Must have a solid understanding of auxiliary equipment associated with the injection molding process. This role is responsible for ensuring that the molds/ material/ and auxiliary equipment are in place and functioning to allow successful qualification and trials of IMFLUX and customers molds.



CNC Machinist 2nd Shift

The iMFLUX Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC and/or manual machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.

Process Engineer (Innovations, Research & Development)

iMFLUX Innovation team is immediately seeking an experienced, hands-on leader and creative thinker.  This candidate will be critical to driving new iMFLUX product innovations and improve existing capabilities of the iMFLUX suite of technologies. This is a highly visible role with the Innovations/R&D organization that requires a unique skill set. The immediate need is to ‘hit the ground running’ in support of a critical strategic customer implementation.  This will require an in depth knowledge of the iMFLUX process control technology, an ability to leverage this technology in breakthrough and creative ways, an ability to mold ‘non-conventional’ polymer materials, a strong working knowledge of mold design, fabrication and construction techniques as well as a desire to solve complex mechanical and manufacturing system challenges. We are looking for a leader that can leverage all of these capabilities and experiences to be strong voice, advocate, teacher and collaborator with strategic partners; both internally to the iMFLUX community and externally to our customers. The ideal candidate should be recoginized as a top performer in their field of expertise today and be well versed in convetional injection molding and iMFLUX injection molding.



Senior Simulation and Development Engineer

This is a critically important role in a fearlessly innovative company that is changing the world of injection molding. The Senior Simulation and Development Engineer executes all development, implementation, and validation of injection molding simulation technologies to support the growth of our breakthrough injection molding process technology; iMFLUX.  This role will focus on driving growth of the company by providing the confidence that our customers need to believe in the capabilities of our technology while also leading the evolution of our products and services. This person will translate customer product, process and needs into effective process specifications and lead modeling projects to successfully deliver solutions.  Moreover, this person will have the unquie opportunity to challenge conventional part and mold design standards by analizing and creating new methodologies not possible in the injection molding world today.

This is a new role at iMFLUX and will require strong leadership and influencing skills.  This role will create change in the company and across the industry.
