The iMFLUX EDM Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.

The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.

Under the direction of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, with minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer will manage projects and process components through iMFLUX’s manufacturing environment.
The Mold Manufacturing Program Manager is the primary contact with the customer and manages the overall Mold Manufacturing process from initial contact through mold acceptance. This role will work closely with each operation including quoting, design, build, and qualification to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
The Customer Service Leader’s primary role is to delight iMFLUX customers and improve customer relations by exceeding their customer service expectations. This leader is responsible for the work processes associated with identifying, investigating, and resolving any issues that customers are experiencing with products and services supplied by iMFLUX and in soliciting and responding to feedback received. Effort will surround monitoring and analyzing the performance of iMFLUX installations in the field in order to predict and anticipate issues before they occur as well as assessing customer concerns and responding appropriately in a timely manner.

iMFLUX is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and creative Product Design & Development Engineer (Industrial Design Engineer) to join a dynamic team of highly talented and motivated engineers and business leaders to help deliver the full capabilities of our breakthrough injection molding process technology. This candidate will utilize their comprehensive plastic product and injection mold acumen in conjunction with the iMFLUX processing technology to essentially ‘bring to life’ all of the benefits of iMFLUX products. The Product Design & Development Engineer will work closely with our customers and partners to develop product designs that meet all of the required design specification while delivering the unique benefits offered by the iMFLUX processing technology. This is a highly visible role with the Innovations/R&D organization that requires a unique skill set. The ideal candidate will understand plastic part deisgn principles, have a thorough understanding of injection mold design terminology and/or principles. They will have experience in plastic material selection, be able to understand the categories of plastic material(s) and their advantages/disadavtages for different applications, and have a strong background in 3D CAD as well as experience(s)/desire to learn Finite Element Analysis programs such as Moldflow, SigmaSoft, MoldEx3D, ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc. We are looking for a leader that can leverage all of these capabilities and experiences to be strong voice, advocate, teacher and collaborator with strategic partners; both internally to the iMFLUX community and externally to our customers. The ideal candidate should be recoginized as a top performer in their field of expertise today.
The Injection Mold Design Engineer is responsible to develop mold design concepts, and complete fabrication ready 3D design files. Molds are intended for very high productivity application, typically multiple cavity hot runner designs. Designers will incorporate state-of-the-art mold making technology, metallurgy, and innovative new mold design strategies. The role will involve understanding key design requirements, leading the development of mold design layouts and concepts, and fully engineering the complete mold design.
