This position requires an individual who can operate independently and anticipate needs in a fast paced environment. This individual will own the day to day operations of the office. This includes interactions with the CTO and his direct reports, other top Company Management, as well as external partners. This position requires an individual who exhibits a high level of maturity and can prioritize the workload. Responsibilities include coordination of and participation in external customer and partner interactions, internal project management, and driving efficiency and standardization across the organization.
The Staff Accountant directly reports to the Controller. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, cash disbursements, fixed asset accounting, general ledger accountability, financial reporting, and other projects as assigned.
Under the direction of the Advanced Manufacturing Manager, with minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer will manage projects and process components through iMFLUX’s manufacturing environment
The iMFLUX CAM Programmer/Machinist will lead the manufacturing programming/part prove out effort for mold components using a variety of CAM software packages while working directly with CAD models to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments while ensuring a safe work environment.
The Software & Controls Development Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company’s process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results.
The Associate Process Controls Engineer is responsible for end to end high performance analog controls solutions for injection molding machines. This role will lead multiple projects from integration and construction engineering to installation and start up and commissioning of controls systems on multiple machine platforms at multiple locations.
The role will provide continued on site ongoing support for systems installed and act as a trainer to new customers in both the controls systems and operational methods.
The Plastics Processing Engineer is responsible for operating and improving a breakthrough new polymer injection Molding Technology. This role will lead startup support of this technology in multiple locations; and support ongoing development and improvement of key process parameters.
The Innovation and Education Center (IEC) Set-up Technician’s primary role is to provide support in setting of molds and preparing of materials for production/qualifications trials in the IEC. Must have a solid understanding of auxiliary equipment associated with the injection molding process. This role is responsible for ensuring that the molds/ material/ and auxiliary equipment are in place and functioning to allow successful qualification and trials of IMFLUX and customers molds.
The iMFLUX Machinist role will manufacture mold components using a variety of CNC and/or manual machines working directly with CAD/CAM systems to produce conforming hardware within the required time frame to meet internal department and external company commitments.
